The chicory roots are grown in the vicinity of SoNoDé sarl,
based on yearly recurring contracts. We attain 99% loyalty with our farmers,
thus saveguarding generations worth of experience. The short distance between
the fields and SoNoDé sarl means that only a minimum of time is lost between
the harvesting of the root and the production of the end product (dried chicory).
This guarantees the best possible quality, and also helps to protect the environment
thanks to minimal transports.

The fresh roots undergo 3 main stages in a continuous process :
No other ingredient is added anywhere during the production process.
The chicory root remains 100% pure as it is only washed, cut and dried using hot air.

The harvest - and therefor also the production period - mainly takes place
during the months of October and November, and the finished product
(dried chicory) is then stocked on our grounds in our own bulk warehouses,
built exclusively for this purpose. Because of this, there is no risk of
contamination, not during the production, and not during the stocking.

The delivery of the finished product (dried chicory) is done as per customer
instructions. We offer adequate logistic solutions overland,
as well as by sea since the proximity of main ports such as Dunkerque,
Zeebrugge and Antwerp allows us to distribute our product rapidely
and economically across the whole world.
